Job Overview: The Odoo ERP Implementer will be responsible for managing the implementation of Odoo ERP for our clients. This position requires experience in ERP implementation, strong technical skills, and excellent communication skills. Egypt Residents only

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Hybrid / Cairo, Egypt


  • Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and configure Odoo ERP to meet those requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP, including data migration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Train clients on how to use Odoo ERP and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Continuously improve our implementation methodology and ensure adherence to best practices.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting & Finance or a related field.
  • From 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on Odoo ERP.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Odoo certification or similar ERP certification.
  • Experience with cloud hosting and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow client relationships, targeting 60% new client acquisition and 40% growth within existing accounts.
  • Deliver presentations and enhance client engagement through various sales strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis and set margins by accessing cost data.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on client interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaborate closely with the team in weekly meetings to review sales pipeline and strategies.
  • Own and participate in lead generation activities varying from customer events to cold callings to grow and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.
  •  Feed future market trends back to Management.


  • Monthly Salary: 30,000 EGP to 35,000 EGP  (Including Fixed and Variable salary )

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customizations, modules, and integrations for our clients using the Odoo platform.


  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand their business requirements and provide custom Odoo development solutions
  • Develop and implement new modules, features, and integrations in Odoo
  • Customize existing modules in Odoo to meet the client's specific needs
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Odoo applications
  • Maintain and improve the performance of existing Odoo modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
