Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage social media strategy, content planning, and execution

• Organize and oversee offline marketing events and exhibitions

• Manage printing materials and branded promotional items

• Execute and monitor direct marketing initiatives

• Strengthen and maintain NTS brand identity across all channels

• Assist in planning and optimizing digital advertising campaigns

• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives

• Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience in social media management

• Proven ability to manage offline events and field marketing activities

• Solid understanding of branding and brand development practices

• Experience in managing printing and production for marketing materials

• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills in English

• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Prior experience in the software/technology industry is essential
