Senior Odoo Implementer

Overview: We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Odoo Implementer to oversee the delivery of

ERP solutions and lead a team of implementers and developers. This is a key leadership role

focused on ensuring the success of our Odoo projects through excellent team management,

technical oversight, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Project Oversight

● Lead and manage a cross-functional implementation team.

● Allocate project tasks, ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

● Conduct performance reviews and support team development.

Client Engagement & Delivery

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation lifecycle.

● Guide clients through requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.

● Ensure successful rollouts, user training, and post-go-live support.

Functional & Technical Oversight

● Oversee customization and configuration of Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory,

Accounting, HR, etc.).

● Ensure alignment with best practices and client needs.

● Coordinate with development teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

● Monitor project risks, manage scope changes, and maintain detailed project

documentation.

● Ensure testing, deployment, and user acceptance testing are completed successfully.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation.

● Previous experience as a Senior Implementer or Team Lead.

● Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and business workflows.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

● Odoo certification is a plus.
