Job Overview:
The Odoo ERP Implementer will be responsible for managing the implementation of Odoo ERP for our clients. This position requires experience in Odoo implementation, strong technical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and configure Odoo ERP to meet those requirements.
- Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP, including data migration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Train clients on how to use Odoo ERP and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other team members, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuously improve our implementation methodology and ensure adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in Odoo implementation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools, and chart creation.
- Experience with flowcharting software such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools to document and visualize business processes.
- Strong ability to create comprehensive and clear documentation, including process descriptions, user guides, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Odoo Functional Certification.
- Experience with cloud hosting and deployment.
- Knowledge of Python and PostgresSQL
