Junior HR Operations

Responsibilities
- Manage all personnel activities
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR operational reports and support HR processes.
Must Have
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience (Personnel only)
- Basic knowledge of Payroll processes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance.
- Good commend in English
Nice to have
- Software industry experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Previous experience with HR software.
