 Location:  30% office-based (Sheraton Heliopolis) & 70% Hybrid

NTS is a premier software solutions provider in the MENA region, specializing in business applications across ERP, CRM, and more. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our ambitious sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow client relationships, targeting 60% new client acquisition and 40% growth within existing accounts.
  • Deliver presentations and enhance client engagement through various sales strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis and set margins by accessing cost data.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on client interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaborate closely with the team in weekly meetings to review sales pipeline and strategies.
  • Own and participate in lead generation activities varying from customer events to cold callings to grow and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.
  •  Feed future market trends back to Management.

Offerings:

  • Monthly Salary: 30,000 EGP to 35,000 EGP  (Including Fixed and Variable salary )

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the tech or ERP software industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and report effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and optimizing sales processes.
